The easiest way to get to Knoxville by plane is going to be McGhee Tyson Airport. It is located about 20 minutes from downtown and also has rental cars available if you choose to rent a car for your visit. Knoxville also has plenty of Ubers / Lyft for those who would like to travel that way!
